Like the gamma, like the style, like the angles.
Buuuuut, the character too much of an obvious DC Comics Joker clone.
So if you are plannin' any commercial works with him pal, you might wanna consider changing a few things. Which, in your case, will be hard AF, considering how much in harmony everything is.

Yup, I got that a lot from my college buddies that he seems too Jokery alr8. I realize how a single smile can make this whole character to become a potential mark for copyright strike. But my friends have grown into this character a lot and they really don't want me to "redesign" him again and tell me just go along with it. When the writing is finally completed, I believe that you'll find him and Joker differ from each other gravely. Also, more are coming up soon. After the posting is over, a last and final wave of character posts will be put up to mark the start of production. Chao!

Would be nice to see this Sonic knock-off in a new Red Barron game, if you ever make one....
Seriously, make him a two-phased boss, with a second phase looking like Sonic Boom Sonic.
So I could just punch him in the nuts and slice his freakin' nob off......With great satisfaction!)
Actually, how's that AND the Finisher feature for a game idea?
Choose your own way to finish off da Boss - may it be gruesome gorefest or utter humiliation!

lol thanks. Ya he does have more ice, but since water has 3 states (ice, water, and steam) i was trying to show how water can be fierce and harsh. I'll be doing another one soon to show water's softer side. Thanks again! ;)
